Job Description

Our client is a very prestigious organization located in Fanling.  They are currently  looking for a Personal Assistant to serve the senior management of the firm.  They require someone who is immaculate with mother tongue English.  If you have what it takes to work in a very people oriented industry, this role may be for you.

Job Requirements


* Assist the boss in sorting out all his paperwork and answering incoming calls

* Attending management meetings and taking down minutes

* Assist in handling diary management and ensuring that the boss is prompt of all appointments

* Handle all secretarial matters including sorting out personal work on behalf of the boss as and when required

* Ability to interact with people at all levels in a friendly and yet professional manner

* Help to draft letters and emails on behalf of the boss

Criteria

* Must be NATIVE level English

* Must have strong secretarial experience serving expatriates

* Must be professional, cheerful and has great people skills

* Strong ability to organize

* Good computer skills

* Flexible and hardworking
