VP, Portfolio Management

The Job

You will be part of the Regional Investments team that manages the overall portfolio management of our new and existing funds. You will need to conceive and work with the country teams on the pre-set up requirements and setting up of new funds. In addition, you will co-ordinate with other specialist functions on the setting up of new fund management platforms in existing markets and new markets. You will also need to work with the overseas teams to structure, chase, evaluate and close deals, and handling investors queries.

The Person

You should possess a degree in Real Estate or Finance or Business or any related discipline, with at least 5 years of regional experience in investment work. You should be very comfortable with numbers and proficient in excel. A keen analytical mind and ability to be resourceful and think out of the box are also essential. You should be a good team player with excellent communication skills. Being multi-lingual in Mandarin and Korean or Japanese will be preferred.
