Our client a listed healthcare and medical service provider with retail stores all around Asia is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to assist in providing a platform for employees to help them develop and grow in their soft skills in order to provide better quality service to customers as well as provide better quality efficiency as a company whole. This individual will be working with line managers across Asia to help modify a good training programme to suit different groups and countries.  The company offers good benefits, salary and career path to the right individual.

Responsibility
  • Report to the GM
  • Set up the L&D framework  to align within Asia
  • Design and develop online assessment programs to assess key roles against performance benchmarks
  • Liase with line managers and GM to determine training and development needs
  • Develop, review, update and facilitate quality learning programs
  • Source and customize new training modules to suit each market needs in various countries
  • Train and coach across teams on technology, soft skills (leadership, coaching, mentoring etc)
  • Train and supervise the local trainers in respective countries in Asia
Requirement
  • Degree Holder
  • Must possess previous experience from international firm with Asian exposure
  • Ideally has experience with retail or healthcare
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory
  • Has qualities of being interactive, directional trainer
  • Has past hands on experience handling all training materials from conception to end
