Job Description
Our client is a MNC based firm that provides information to other businesses. They specialize in business information, services and research. Currently, they are hiring a HR Manager who has the ability to independently work with his/her team to manage the HK office. Great benefits and salary package will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Report to the HR Director
- Handle recruitment activities across the board within Hong Kong dealing with vendors, interviews and closing offers
- Look into benchmarking and preparing salary surveys in line with competitors
- Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters
- Assist in formulating and reviewing policies and procedures
- Prepare human resources statistics and headcount reports for management review
- Lead a small team to oversee the day to day human resources administration and procedures
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of HR experience
- An all rounder HR experience
- Must have exposure handling both recruitment and C&B
- Speaks good level of English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
- Strong ability to work independently without much supervision
- Has supervisory skills
- Detailed, fast and able to work under pressure meeting deadlines
