Job Description

Our client is a MNC based firm that provides information to other businesses.  They specialize in business information, services and research.  Currently, they are hiring a HR Manager who has the ability to independently work with his/her team to manage the HK office.  Great benefits and salary package will be provided to the right candidate.
 

Responsibilities

  • Report to the HR Director
  • Handle recruitment activities across the board within Hong Kong dealing with vendors, interviews and closing offers
  • Look into benchmarking and preparing salary surveys in line with competitors
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR matters
  • Assist in formulating and reviewing policies and procedures
  • Prepare human resources statistics and headcount reports for management review
  • Lead a small team to oversee the day to day human resources administration and procedures

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of HR experience
  • An all rounder HR experience
  • Must have exposure handling both recruitment and C&B
  • Speaks good level of English and Cantonese.  Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong ability to work independently without much supervision
  • Has supervisory skills
  • Detailed, fast and able to work under pressure meeting deadlines
