Job Description

Responsibilities
- Report to General Manager
- Lead the admnistration team to perform a full range of administrative duties such as reception and office supplies, policy and procedures formulation, renovation and logistic support to all events
- Work closely with services vendors and suppliers to provide cost effective office supplies
- Enhance operational efficiency of the office administration function by improving the current processes
-Negotiate the leasing contract with landlords
-Liaise with local government for different licenses
-Participate in ad-hoc assignment
 
Requirements
-Degree holder in Business Management or related discipline
-Minimum 10 years' all round administration experience of which at least 3 years are at managerial level gained in sizeable company
-Able to work independently and flexibly under high pressure to meet tight deadlines
-Organize, hard-working and energetic, willing to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
-Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is essential in formulating and reviewing office manuals, safety rules and central document filing systems
-Station in Macau
