We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to assist with the lifecycle of Temporary and Contract staffing for contingent workers.  You will help facilitate the full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

 

§  Responsible for search and selection, and the full lifecycle recruiting function

§  Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

§  Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and clients

§  Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring Managers

§  Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interviews and other recruiting activities to ensure hiring compliance with all applicable laws and policies

§  Perform other duties as needed or assigned

 

  

Job Requirements

 

  • Strong administrative skills including good organization, coordination and planning skills
  • Excellent client / customer servicing skills
  • 2-4 years solid staffing experience
  • Good understanding of the HKEO
  • Good attention to detail on data entry or report writing in MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Proactive initiative
  • Resourceful out-of-the-box thinker
  • Graduate Recruitment or Campus experience will also be considered
