Job Description
Our client is an international manufacturing company offering industrial equipment to the packaging, food processing, printing and other industries. They have a strong presence in Europe, North America and Australia with a growing market in ASIA.
Job Scope:
The Office Administrator is responsible for the companies’ administration systems. Reporting to the General Manager (Singapore)
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of sales quotes, orders and invoices
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Input of purchase invoices
- Maintaining petty cash expenses
- Organising travel arrangements
- Answering the phone
- Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
- Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance is preferred
- Sound knowledge of finance function is essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- IT proficiency is also an essential requirement for this role.
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Highly organized and flexible
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
