Job Description

Our client is an international manufacturing company offering industrial equipment to the packaging, food processing, printing and other industries. They have a strong presence in Europe, North America and Australia with a growing market in ASIA.

 

Job Scope:

 

The Office Administrator is responsible for the companies’ administration systems. Reporting to the General Manager (Singapore)

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Preparation of sales quotes, orders and invoices
  • Preparation of purchase orders
  • Input of purchase invoices
  • Maintaining petty cash expenses
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Answering the phone
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
  • Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of finance function is essential. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • IT proficiency is also an essential requirement for this role.
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
