We are looking for an experienced recruiter with in-house or agency experience to join our Banking and Finance team in
Job Responsibilities
· Sourcing of suitable candidates through database search, jobs portal, advertisement, referrals or networking etc
· Conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates on behalf of our clients
· Provide advice and knowledge on current market / industry trends relating to human capital needs
· Coach / advise candidates on career progression and advancement
· Understand clients’ recruitment requirements and profile the right candidates to ensure both the clients and candidates needs are exceeded
· Key Account management and submission of timely reports
Job Requirements
· Degree Holder
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitng or sales with banking and financial services industry specialization.
· Excellent communication skills with experience in cold-calling. Must be fluent in English and Cantonese.
· “Out-of-the-box” approach and a “can-do” attitude to recruiting
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
· Strong interpersonal skills and confident negotiator
