Job Purpose:

As a  Product Manager for FX Payments, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and successful delivery of the FX payments product strategy to APAC clients. In addition you will be responsible for Asia P&L management and development of the FX product sets coordinating with technology and operations to ensure that these products are delivered in a consistent and cost effective manner.  

Additional responsibilities include:

·         Develop and Execute strategies to improve product capabilities, positioning and drive growth.

·         Product Development and Customization of solution sets to drive industry and segment opportunities. Be the main driver of new business cases for developments including providing detailed business requirements validating projected Sales revenues and cost estimates.

·         Develop product-training materials and sales tools

·         Manage regional projects, liaising closely with other teams such as Operations, Technology, Risk Management, Sales and Legal

·         Initiate collaborative efforts across functional teams to drive improvements in the product set

·         Leverage global product capabilities to the benefit of local product growth

·         Drive innovation into the market to create competitive differentiation

Experience:

·         Minimum 10 years of international treasury management experience with good demonstrable knowledge of FX, Asia Cash Management, Clearing and wholesale payments related products across multiple currencies and markets.

·         Knowledge of FX instruments, FX risk management, hedging strategies and CLS essential.   

·         Team management skills essential. 

·         Strong interpersonal and organizational skills including good decision making and multi-tasking abilities

·         Strong presentation and communication and client management skills.

·         Strong product development and marketing skills.

·         BS and MBA preferred

·         This role will likely involve some international travel.
