Company Description

Our client is one of the world's largest luxury retailers in the world. In order to cope with business expansion, they are looking to hire a technical expert on luxury watches who is able to sell, supervise sales and deliver professional and expert training to all sales staff in their watch departments. Hong Kong candidates are welcome to apply but must be able to base in Macau

Job Description

1. Sales Performance
· Able to meet the sales performance of the watch department
 
2. Training
· Able to deliver professional and expert training to all the sales staff in the Company's watch departments world-wide
· Supervise sales staff in changing battery and straps for customers
· Role-model and coach sales staff how to answer enquiries from customers
· Offer alternatives/optional information to customers when necessary
· Provide on-the-job training/coaching and classroom lecture whenever the case may be
 
3. Customer Services
· Help sales staff to attend to customer problems and complaints to minimize customer dissatisfaction
· Demonstrate watch repairs and attend to road-shows, promotional events whenever it is required by the Company
 
4. Other responsibilities
·  constantly upgrade self knowledge in Watches
· To attend to watchmaker brands and vendor training
· Assist the watch departments in setting up display and promotional events when necessary
· Inform Management of Customers' feedback and make recommendation
· Assist in the preparation of training materials
 

Job Requirements

·        Watches apprenticeship and/or equivalent programs

·        Possess/demonstrate positive attitude towards customer service, training and supervision

·        Passion for Watches, and able to comprehend and explain the watch movements and mechanics

·        Minimum 10 year of relevant experience in the watch business and/or repair/maintenance

·        Able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin is advantageous

·        Able to use presentation aid e.g. power-point, charts, and graphics

·        Required to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
