Links Recruitment, a top tier recruitment firm with offices in Hong Kong and Macau, is looking for a highly motivated, self starter to lead our Shanghai office.
You will be responsible for opening, staffing and managing the Shanghai office. Reporting to the Managing Director in Hong Kong, you will create the strategic business plan and office direction. Job duties include identify and develop client relationships. Provide value added recruitment and advisory services to customer base. Attract, interview and place high quality candidates. Hire, train and develop recruitment staff.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or relevant Human Resource position. Extensive business experience in China. Fluent English and Mandarin. Aggressive and entrepreneurial spirit with desire to build a new business. Possesses a passion for customer service. The confidence to advise and influence customers and clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
