Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources function
- Formulate and enforce employment policies and practices to comply with the corporate policy and applicable China legislation
- Provide guidance to employees on an individual basis as required
- Work closely with the business unit heads to refine the HR policies and procedures
- Implement effective staff retention and development strategies
- Review C&B programs and business performance programs
- General office management to maintain smooth daily operations
- Liaise with local vendors on all IT related issues
- Capital asserts management
- Organize all events, and client meetings
Job Requirements:
- University degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years Human Resources or related experience of which 3 years at managerial level
- International experience preferably in banking and/or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work with people from various cultural background at different levels
- Native Mandarin speaker with excellent command of the English
