RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Are you looking for a career change? Or are you already an experienced recruiter? We are seeking an energetic and driven sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant focussing on the Information Technology sector. You should posses a strong interest or have hands-on experience in IT/Information Systems and/or Technical Support area.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of recruitment experience, hands-on technical experience, or has a passionate interest in Information Technology. You should be a sales driven person ambitious to see results, and be rewarded attractively. You must also be a people person who is persuasive and convincing, and be able to advise clients and candidates at all levels.

Job Responsibilities:         

• Assist in daily recruitment activities
• Search and selection (review resumes for professional qualifications and credentials, and relevant working experience for the appropriate job at hand)
• Interview candidates as necessary for successful job placements
• Professionally liaise with clients and candidates on job matching, follow up, and negotiation, and offer stage
• Use online job portals, referrals, and other means to identify potential candidates for the database
• Conduct reference checking as necessary
• Consistently update and follow up with parties on the selection, process, and full lifecycle recruiting
• Relationship management with existing clients
• Business development with new clients
• Strategize and be able to think outside the box to identify opportunities from all angles
• Counseling to both parties regarding careers and market information/trends

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (ideally near native or native) with fluent Cantonese
• Skilled in MS Office
• Team player with an enthusiastic personality
• Professional, articulate, and able to multi-task
• Have common sense and be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to get things done
• Ability to identify opportunities and is sales driven
• Knowledge of HK Labour Law

Salary:

• HKD$50 X 13 (NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE) + ATTRACTIVE BONUS
• FLEXIBLE TRAVEL
• 5 DAY WORK WEEK
• MED/MPF
