The job of consultant of Links Recruitment Shanghai requires a mix of new business development, execution, candidate interviewing and assistance in the development of junior staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Based in Shanghai and report to the Recruitment Manager
- Assist in devising new and innovative ways for search and recruitment strategies
- Act in an advisory role to clients on all recruitment aspects of the business
- Ongoing client and company business development
- Responsible for preparing and presenting proposals to Links' multinational clients at all levels
- Liaise and deal with multinational and international clients on an on-going daily basis
- Assist with the negotiation of compensation and benefits for candidates with Links Recruitment's clients
- Handle candidate reference checks with previous employers
- Carry out in-depth interviews and prepare a shortlist for clients
- Responsible for achieving an ongoing growth of sales and hitting sales targets
- Take accurate job descriptions from clients Prepare detailed job specifications for candidates
- Ensure complete internal and external communication
- Prepare personal profiles on individual candidates
- Maintain and the candidate and client database
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate must has minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or relevant Human Resources position
- Have extensive business experience in China preferably Shanghai and/or Beijing
- Strong language skills including English and Mandarin
- Must be a team player and confidence to advise and influence customers and clients at all levels
