Our client is a world leader in insurance and banking. The Hong Kong based banking operation product offering include consumer finance, credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, auto loans, sales finance, and deposits across the region.
Position Summary
- Assist Head of marketing to formulate marketing strategies in achieving business objectives. Responsibilities include to identify, validate, execute and assess new deposit products/services as well as to review and enhance existing products/services.
Position Accountabilities
- P&L responsibility for liability products
- Develop liability product strategies to match the treasury needs of the company. Such products include various deposit types (fixed, current and savings), different currencies mix and wealth management products.
- Work closely with Treasury to develop distribution strategies across all sales channels including but not limited to direct sales, agency and telemarketing.
- Ensure policy and procedure manuals are in place and complete for all relevant aspects of the product.
- Manage the technology and platform strategy related to the liability products
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- The ideal candidate will possess minimum 7 years experience in liability products development and marketing. He or she will have strong business sense and good knowledge in financial markets, be customer oriented, analytical and data-sensitive. He or she will possess good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English. A university degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration.
