Job Description :

Our client is a world leader in insurance and banking. The Hong Kong based banking operation product offering include consumer finance, credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, auto loans, sales finance, and deposits across the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary

Assist Team Head to formulate marketing strategies in achieving department objectives. Responsible for handling all credit card / unsecured loans marketing activities, including acquisition, portfolio management and new product management.

Position Accountabilities

  • Initiate, develop and implement short and long term marketing strategies to substantiate credit card positioning
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate marketing programs to achieve assigned business target
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs
  • Assist in monitoring workflow and resources and streamlines procedures. Recommend workable ideas for improvements in workflow, productivity and service level.
  • Develop, motivate and provide regular guidance, counselling and training to staff members.
  • Handle other ad hoc projects

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • The ideal candidate will possess minimum 6 years experience in marketing with 2-3 years in credit card business (at least 3 years in supervisory level). He or she will have strong business sense, be customer oriented and good in project management, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese and basic PC skills. A university Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
