STORE MANAGER

We represent a number of clients from the LUXURY brands sector with global retail operations. Due to recent growth and expansion in both Hong Kong and Macau, they are seeking high calibre Retail sales staff and Retail Store Managers to join their teams.

Job Responsibilities:         

• Oversee the retail operations of high end luxury branded store
• Ensure smooth running the day to day operations of the store, store presentation and visual merchandising
• Build regular clientele and provide excellent customer service
• Management, recruitment, training, evaluation and development of retail sales staff
• Manage inventory, roster and administrative functions of the overall store

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years' solid experience at retail operation management
• Experience in retail high-end fashion is preferable
• Able to manage the entire store operation (including administrative tasks) independently with minimal supervision
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Strong analytical ability and self motivated with excellent people management skills
