Our client is a leading retail operator and now manages over 40 outlets in Hong Kong and in Macau. They are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the project team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Based in Macau, fully responsible for designing and delivering sales training to all field based selling positions including Sales Staff, Customer Services Officer and Operations Manager.
- Liaise closely with frontline sales team to ensure all sales training is delivered in a co-ordinate and consistent.
- Organize and communicate training schedules internally
- Identify opportunities to work with external vendors to solve specific ongoing training needs when no internal sources are available
- Liaise with the senior executives to ensure standards for corporate training are maintained
Job Requirements:
- College degree with at least 5 years of corporate training experience preferably from customer service or hospitality industry
- A self-starter and team player who can communicate well to senior executives
- Well-developed organizational skills and attention to details
- Positive, proactive work ethic and approach, high level of integrity Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
